    The Talking Journal is not intended or designed to attract persons under the age of 18. We do not collect information from any person we know is under the age of 18.

  7. No warranties

    This website may be accessed throughout South Africa and overseas. The Talking Journal makes no representation that the material on this website complies with the laws of any country outside South Africa. If you access this website from outside South Africa you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in the place you are located.

  8. Refunds

    If you order entries through the Website and change your mind about using your purchased entries, then you may request a refund of your money. A refund request must be received within two weeks of the purchase in writing to accounts@talkingjournal.co.za , but refunds are not guaranteed. If a refund is approved, it will be submitted through PayPal and any fees issued by PayPal for a refund will be your responsibility and therefore will be subtracted from the total refund amount. The time it will take to process a refund will also be determined by PayPal's regulations. An e-mail confirmation of any approved refund will also be communicated to you.

  9. Termination of Use

    You agree that we may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of this Website with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon termination or suspension, regardless of the reasons therefore, your right to use the services available on this Website immediately ceases, and you acknowledge and agree that we may immediately bar any further access to this Website. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any claims or damages arising out of any termination or suspension or any other actions taken by us in connection therewith.
